After years of struggling with his own sleep, Jeremy became disenchanted with the band-aid solutions and lack of clarity around how to improve things. He built Rested because improving his sleep changed his life – and he knows it will do the same for you. We’re glad you’re here and we can’t wait to help you unlock your superpowers.
Jeremy is a serial entrepreneur, advisor/investor to 10+ companies, and sleep coach. He is passionate about improving health by combining the best of technology, science, and psychology. Jeremy’s passion for sleep led him to undertake an extensive mentorship under the sleep doctor himself, Dr. Michael Breus.
Founding Rested member, Michael J. Breus, Ph.D., is a Clinical Psychologist and both a Diplomate of the American Board of Sleep Medicine and a Fellow of The American Academy of Sleep Medicine. He was one of the youngest people to have passed the Board at age 31 and, with a specialty in Sleep Disorders, is one of only 163 psychologists in the world with his credentials and distinction. Dr. Breus is on the clinical advisory board of The Dr. Oz Show and is a regular contributor on the show (30+ times).
Lisa is a clinical scientist, personal trainer, nutrition coach, and sleep coach. She has a PhD in psychology and over 15 years of clinical experience specializing in neuropsychopharmacology research. She takes an integrative approach to her sleep coaching using techniques from Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness therapy.
Erica is a scientist, mother, and sleep coach. She has a master’s degree in applied science where she specialized in research examining brain waves in clinical populations. She worked directly with individuals experiencing mental health difficulties for over a decade before specializing as a sleep coach.
