Rested Health was founded by Jeremy Carr with one premise: Everyone deserves to feel Rested. After years of struggling with his own sleep, Jeremy became disenchanted with the band-aid solutions and lack of clarity around how to improve things. He built Rested because improving his sleep changed his life – and he knows it will do the same for you. We’re glad you’re here and we can’t wait to help you unlock your superpowers.

The Minds Behind Rested

Jeremy is a serial entrepreneur, advisor/investor to 10+ companies, and sleep coach. He is passionate about improving health by combining the best of technology, science, and psychology. Jeremy's passion for sleep led him to undertake an extensive mentorship under the sleep doctor himself, Dr. Michael Breus.

As an entrepreneur and executive, Jeremy understands the impact a demanding work life can have on sleep. He specializes in helping people implement life-changing habits while overcoming bad habits in order to gain all of the superpowers that good sleep can bring. Jeremy founded Rested Health in order to help solve the current public health epidemic known as sleep deprivation. Why? Because everyone deserves to feel Rested.
