Jeremy is a serial entrepreneur, advisor/investor to 10+ companies, and sleep coach. He is passionate about improving health by combining the best of technology, science, and psychology. Jeremy's passion for sleep led him to undertake an extensive mentorship under the sleep doctor himself, Dr. Michael Breus.
As an entrepreneur and executive, Jeremy understands the impact a demanding work life can have on sleep. He specializes in helping people implement life-changing habits while overcoming bad habits in order to gain all of the superpowers that good sleep can bring. Jeremy founded Rested Health in order to help solve the current public health epidemic known as sleep deprivation. Why? Because everyone deserves to feel Rested.
Founding Rested member, Michael J. Breus, Ph.D., is a Clinical Psychologist and both a Diplomate of the American Board of Sleep Medicine and a Fellow of The American Academy of Sleep Medicine. He was one of the youngest people to have passed the Board at age 31 and, with a specialty in Sleep Disorders, is one of only 163 psychologists in the world with his credentials and distinction. Dr. Breus is on the clinical advisory board of The Dr. Oz Show and is a regular contributor on the show (30+ times).
Dr. Breus is also an author of multiple best sellers, including "The Power of When" and "Good Night." For over 14 years, Dr. Breus has served as the Sleep Expert for WebMD. He also writes The Insomnia Blog and can be found regularly on, The Huffington Post, Psychology Today, Sharecare, and The Oz Blog.
Lisa is a clinical scientist, personal trainer, nutrition coach, and sleep coach. She has a PhD in psychology and over 15 years of clinical experience specializing in neuropsychopharmacology research. She takes an integrative approach to her sleep coaching using techniques from Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness therapy.
In both her personal and professional life, Lisa has seen the negative impacts of suboptimal sleep. She is passionate about helping people find wellness and has a deep understanding that quality sleep is a key pillar of good health. Her holistic approach includes techniques for stress-relief, physical and mental health, and sustainable habit formation to get long-term results.
Erica is a scientist, mother, and sleep coach. She has a master’s degree in applied science where she specialized in research examining brain waves in clinical populations. She worked directly with individuals experiencing mental health difficulties for over a decade before specializing as a sleep coach.
As a mother, full-time worker, and avid scientist, Erica understands the challenges of balancing a busy lifestyle and still carving out time for self-care. She is passionate about helping people learn how to optimize their sleep by working with their own body’s rhythms, all while balancing life’s challenges. Erica uses the latest research to offer customized advice and sleep plans that show you how to optimize your sleep system.
