Rested Health

Our Story

Rested Health was founded because everyone deserves to feel Rested.

After years of struggling with sleep, Rested’s founder, Jeremy Carr, became disenchanted with band-aid solutions and lack of clarity around how to improve sleep.  Partnering with some of the nation’s top sleep experts and scientists, he was able to implement proven solutions that lead to better sleep and changed his life.  Rested was built out of a desire to help others unlock their greatest potential through better sleep.

The Minds Behind Rested

Jeremy Carr

Jeremy is a serial entrepreneur, advisor/investor to 10+ companies, and sleep coach. He is passionate about improving health by combining the best of technology, science, and psychology. Jeremy's passion for sleep led him to undertake an extensive mentorship under the sleep doctor himself, Dr. Michael Breus.

As an entrepreneur and executive, Jeremy understands the impact a demanding work life can have on sleep. He specializes in helping people implement life-changing habits while overcoming bad habits in order to gain all of the superpowers that good sleep can bring. Jeremy founded Rested Health in order to help solve the current public health epidemic known as sleep deprivation. Why? Because everyone deserves to feel Rested.
