Erica is a scientist, mother, and sleep coach. She has a master’s degree in applied science where she specialized in research examining brain waves in clinical populations. She worked directly with individuals experiencing mental health difficulties for over a decade before specializing as a sleep coach. As a mother, full-time worker, and avid scientist, Erica understands the challenges of balancing a busy lifestyle and still carving out time for self-care. She is passionate about helping people learn how to optimize their sleep by working with their own body’s rhythms, all while balancing life’s challenges. Erica uses the latest research to offer customized advice and sleep plans that show you how to optimize your sleep system.
